Job description:

" Direct & manage engineering department responsible for 2 of product lines (SOC solutions for digital entertainment market), including chip architecture, VLSI design and verification, algorithms and DSP. " Work closely with the marketing and applications teams to define products, roadmap, and customer support. " Responsible for planning & execution of multiple projects in parallel, per the company's annual operations plan. " Overall program responsibility including resources, budget, contracts, plans etc " Develop managers and engineers at various levels
